Persephone's Promise provides access to crisis and healing resources, including post-exposure prophylaxis information, reporting guidance, safe spaces, and support services.

In these Terms, confidentiality means the following for survivor-facing resource use:
- Users can access resources without submitting names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct personal identifiers.
- No account is required for anonymous survivor browsing.
- Persephone's Promise does not initiate follow-up contact (such as calls, emails, or physical mail) with users who browse resources anonymously.
Confidentiality does not mean absolute invisibility on the internet. Standard web activity may involve technical identifiers needed for security, analytics, and infrastructure operation.
3) No Emergency, Medical, or Legal Advice
